Before any agreement or terms of use, it is strictly prohibited to sell or buy any product related to our company or owned by our company, whether with or without the company's knowledge.
Anyone trading in any product related to the company will have the product permanently suspended without notifying the customer or even informing them, and without stating any reason.
This agreement outlines the rights of the customer and the rights of Wilx Company. Therefore, please read it carefully to be aware of how to interact with us and to ensure your legal rights.
Using any service provided by the company implies full agreement with the following conditions:
We do not host websites that contain the following:
1. Sites conflicting with the teachings of Islamic religion and the Sunni doctrine.
2. Political websites criticizing governments.
3. Websites promoting hackers and hacking.
4. Websites specialized in file hosting centers.
5. Sending annoying advertising messages not anticipated by the other party (spam).
Use of scripts and software on the website:
1. Using scripts that cause high server load and significantly drain its resources is prohibited.
2. If your site causes high load affecting other sites on the same server, we will temporarily suspend your site until a suitable solution is found.
3. In the case of hosting plans only, the customer is not entitled to request the installation of any script without additional fees.
4. If we discover any files harming the server on the customer's site (such as spyware and hacking files), we have the right to take any action we deem appropriate against it.
5. Creating or installing stripped or unlicensed sites or scripts on the server is strictly prohibited to protect the intellectual property rights of the site or script owner.
Backups and Domain:
1. We create backups for all sites on the server, but the responsibility for saving the site's data and files remains the customer's first and last, and we do not bear any responsibility for the loss of backup copies of the sites.
2. In case of not paying the hosting fees before the due date, the customer is not entitled to claim any backup copy of the site.
3. We are not responsible for the loss or expiration of the domain due to your failure to renew the hosting on time.
4. In case you do not want to renew, Wilx Company will release your domain in your control panel.
Financial Transactions:
1. We activate your hosting service after receiving the full amount within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the date of receiving the amount. If we receive the amount deficient, we apologize for providing the service to the customer. This means that the customer is responsible for paying the financial obligations accompanying the payment process if any.
2. In case the customer does not pay the due amounts, we have the right to stop any other service we provide to him until all obligations are paid.
3. The customer will be notified by email regarding financial transactions two weeks before the due date, and the payments must be made before the due date.
4. If the customer does not pay the amount on time, his site will be suspended for 3 days until he can make the payment. During this suspension period, he is not entitled to request a copy of his site.
5. We guarantee the customer the right to a refund within the first month if he is not satisfied with the service, with a deduction for the domain price and transfer costs if any.
Technical Support:
1. Any urgent problem occurring on the server due to circumstances beyond our control or due to natural disasters, we will seek to solve it as soon as possible, and the customer is not entitled to claim any financial matters.
2. In case of not paying the hosting fees before the due date, the customer is not entitled to claim any backup copy of the site.
3. Any problems the customer faces on his site due to his internet service provider or problems with his personal device, we are not involved in such issues.
Necessary Commitments:
1. The site will be suspended in case of an official complaint against it that requires temporarily stopping the site.
2. Any attempt to defame or falsely accuse Wilx without just cause gives us the right to take strict action against the customer.
3. All customer information is strictly confidential, and we do not provide it to anyone unless legally required.
4. When subscribing to any of our services, the customer must provide us with all his correct information so that we can communicate with him in case of any problem.
5. We have the right to cancel the contract with the customer without specifying reasons. In this case, we will refund all his financial rights for the remaining period with us and provide him with a backup copy.
● In case the customer does not comply with any clause of the agreement, the service will be suspended until a suitable solution is found, and in some cases, the matter may result in the payment of financial fines.
